Thank you for letting us peek inside your pantry! We are both travelling at the moment and, while it's great fun, we miss the comfort and creativity of having a well-stocked larder. Love and relate to the crisps basket too! xx Jess and Alice

Crispy chilli is a new revelation here and now I can’t be without it. I picked up some lovely larder bits in Pudding Row like pickled red onions and that spicy peanut stuff that doesn’t last a day in our house. We’re transitioning to a vegetarian diet (unless we raise the meat ourselves) so I have lots of tinned beans and dried lentils. I love a good larder stock but am definitely feeling the ache of summer hiding it’s face from us for the last few months. I’m definitely not ready to pivot into autumn 🍂. Have a lovely break, beautiful soul x

My larder is similarly bulging! My husband recently asked if there was a shortage of Mutti Polpa as I had stockpiled so much - it was on offer and I really can’t resist a bargain!

I have fewer dried pulses (though should probably have more) and possibly more varieties of pasta. I also have quite a few jars of what I think of as semi-processed ingredients - spice pastes, gochujang, etc. These are staples which help me avoid boring or beige freezer food on the really busy evenings!

The high quality tomatoes are non negotiable-even with some fried garlic, salt and olive oil and a sprinkle of herbs they make a delicious simple soup!
